Claims, limits and burden of proof

RM separates internal results from empirical confirmation.

What RM may state strongly

An internal mathematical or numerical result can be stated as such without apology and without inflation. CA-1 is a cross-method numerical result of the declared stellar system; N-OPT-01.1 is a conditional first-passage theorem on a frozen background.

What RM does not claim

These results do not establish the physical existence of State Æ, do not constitute solar calibration, and do not by themselves show that nature selects the RM interpretation over standard physics.

Non-repair

A failed branch is withdrawn, reopened with explicit new assumptions, or replaced. It is not saved by adding a coefficient whose only role is to force success.
